Why does Mbappé have the highest marker value?

If you look at the criteria above, you’ll quickly realize that Mbappé scores extremely high in all criteria. The French Forward is widely regarded as one of the best players. He has a top playing position and is a remarkable team player with a unique on-pith performance. Another factor which distinguishes Mbappé from other top players and is one of the main reasons he is has the highest market value is his young age. Kylian Mbappé was born on December 20, 1998 making him one of the youngest players in the top 10 list. Lionel Messi who turned 33 this year has seen his market value plunge by €80 million during the past 2 years. All of these factors contribute to Mbappé’s top market valuation of €180 million.

Will Real Madrid sign Mbappé in 2021?

It is widely believed that Real Madrid will make an effort to sign Kylian Mbappé from PSG in 2021. Mbappé has reportedly told the club that he’s ready to leave PSG in the summer of 2021 and Liverpool and Real Madrid are his preferences. Since PSG would have to risk losing him for free in 2022 -if they cannot renew him-, it is widely believed that the PSG Forward will be signed for less than his market value. According to L’Equipe, he could be signed for ‘as low as’ £91 million.

  1. […] If you look at the criteria above, you’ll quickly realize that Salah scores extremely high in all criteria. The Egyptian right wing has a top playing position, excellent disciplinary actions and is a remarkable team player with a unique on-pith performance. Messi’s market value, on the other hand, has significantly dropped during the past year mainly because of his age. On the 24th of June, 2020 Lionel Messi turned 33. In comparison, Mohammed Salah turned 28 in June. If you look at the top 10 soccer players by market value, you’ll find that Lionel Messi is by far the oldest. Mbappé who is only 21 years old has a market value of a whopping €180 million. But that’s a story for another post! […]
